Dr. David Z. Gay is a board-certified oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon and the founder of Texas Eye Aesthetics, where he blends surgical precision with compassionate patient care. He discovered his passion for medicine at a young age and later specialized in oculofacial plastic surgery to help both function and aesthetics around the eyes. Dr. Gay has extensive experience treating complex conditions, including delicate tumors behind the eye, and emphasizes early patient care. Outside of surgery, he enjoys creative hands-on hobbies like baking and mountain biking, and resides in Austin, Texas with his wife and two sons.
